Chinese Language and Culture Summer Camps (to enroll in up to 4 weeks)
Steps to Register
1. Click the Sign-Up button below, fill in the details, and from the dropdown menu for Options/Pricing, select the number of weeks and the corresponding price.
2. You will be directed to PayPal site to make a payment. Note that you will not be charged any additional transaction fee.
3. Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email.
4. The confirmation email will include a link to a Google form. You must complete the form to select the week of your camp.
5. If you want to use alternate payment options (e.g., check, Zelle, Venmo), please reach out to tcscmn2025@gmail.com.

Registration Agreement
Absence Policy
For the safety of your children, please notify CAE site staff and teachers if they will be absent. This includes both preplanned and unplanned absences. No credits will be given for absences or school closing days due to weather or other emergencies.
Refund Policy
- If CAE cancels a summer camp session (e.g., due to a small number of students in a week), the corresponding fees for that week will be refunded.
- If the student cancels before 5/1/2025 because they are moving out of Minnesota or a health reason prevents them from attending the program, they will receive a full refund of the tuition. Otherwise, a $100 cancellation fee will be subtracted from the full refund.
- If the student cancels on or after 5/1/2025 but two weeks before their camp starts, a $100 cancellation fee will be subtracted from the full refund.
- If the student cancels within two weeks before a camp starts or after it starts, the tuition is not refundable.
- In any of the above cases, the service charges toward PayPal will not be refunded.
- For other situations not listed above, each case will be evaluated individually.
Waiver and Consent Agreement
Liability Waiver
I understand and agree that the staff and volunteers of the Center of Academic Excellence will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, medical, dental, or other expenses that may arise as a result of my child’s attendance at or participation in any of the activities offered by the organization.
Medical Consent
In the event of illness or injury, I hereby give my consent for medical treatment to be administered to my child. I assume full responsibility for any medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.
Photo Release
I grant permission to the Center of Academic Excellence to use photographs and/or videos of my child in the newsletters shared with parents. I understand that these images will be used in a manner that respects the privacy and dignity of my child.
